our Policies
Televia Health provides telehealth services for non-emergency medical conditions. Telemedicine is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or any life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Televia Health provides virtual medical management for acute, non-emergent urgent care needs, chronic condition management, and select wellness services. Not all medical conditions can be safely treated via telehealth. If your condition requires in-person evaluation, diagnostic testing, or emergency care, you will be referred to an appropriate local provider or facility.
Medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Televia Health is committed to protecting your privacy. All patient information is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Personal health information is collected, stored, and transmitted securely and is used only for the purpose of providing healthcare services, billing, and required legal or regulatory functions.
Telehealth services are provided by a licensed healthcare provider. Patients must be physically located in a state where the provider is licensed at the time of the visit. Services cannot be provided outside of licensed jurisdictions.
Televia Health operates on a self-pay basis and does not submit claims to insurance providers. Patients are responsible for all charges incurred during services.
By using this website and booking a visit, you acknowledge and consent to receiving medical care via telemedicine. Telehealth services involve the use of electronic communications to enable healthcare providers to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients remotely. You understand that telehealth has limitations and that in-person care may be required in certain situations.
Medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and at the sole discretion of the provider. Televia Health does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following a visit. Certain medications, including controlled substances, may be limited or not prescribed via telehealth in accordance with state and federal regulations.
By using this website and services, you agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions. This includes accurate disclosure of medical history, compliance with treatment plans, and appropriate use of the telehealth platform. Televia Health reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when clinically appropriate.
All services are self-pay unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking. Fees for completed visits are non-refundable. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined at the time of booking.
Telehealth services require a reliable internet connection and compatible device. Technical difficulties may impact the quality or completion of a visit. Televia Health is not responsible for issues caused by patient-side technology limitations.
