Virtual NP Telemedicine Urgent Care LLC, doing business as Televia Health (“Televia Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. It does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which separately governs the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (“PHI”) in connection with the clinical care we provide. 4. Telehealth and Protected Health Information 

As a telehealth provider, we collect and use health information to deliver clinical care, including through video/audio visits, secure messaging, and our patient portal. This information is treated as Protected Health Information under HIPAA and is used and disclosed only as permitted by law and described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
